Daire spent 9 years in JPMorgan Investment Bank based in New York and London providing corporate advisory services including M&A, leveraged buyouts and debt and equity fund raising. Daire then spent 10 years as Managing Director in private equity firms in London and UAE, advising on the deployment of development capital into corporates and projects, supporting management teams to deliver on growth, value maximisation and exit strategies. In his most recent role Daire was based in the U.A.E. for 6 years, advising corporates on international expansion and on project development. Daire operates across industry sectors and is experienced in managing and structuring international and cross-border transactions, accustomed to operating in multiple cultural environments.
