​Diarmuid McNamee

Diarmuid founded TowerView in late 2016 following a 20 year career in investment banking and more recently in healthcare management.

He was Group CFO of Mater Private Group for 9 years, one of Ireland’s leading private healthcare groups and played a key role in the Groups expansion across Ireland and in the UK market, and in the management of its performance during the recession. Diarmuid also spent 8 years as a Director of Corporate Finance at NCB in Dublin, advising public and private companies on M&A, business development and equity and debt fundraisings. Prior to joining the Mater Private Group in 2007, Diarmuid was lead adviser to the selling shareholders of the Mater Private Group on its sale to private equity firm, CapVest.

Diarmuid has particular expertise in healthcare corporate finance, deal execution and strategic development ​and also acts as special adviser to a number of non-healthcare clients.
