Kathryn is a highly-experienced healthcare manager with a 20-year track record in leadership positions.

She held a number of key roles in the Mater Private Healthcare Group in Ireland including Director of Quality, Director of the Cancer Centre and Chief Operations Officer.

Prior to commencing her management career Kathryn obtained a BSc(Hons) in Human Nutrition and worked as a Clinical Dietitian in a number of hospitals in Ireland. Kathryn also obtained an MBA (Ist Class Honours) from the Smurfit Business School in Dublin, in 2010.

Kathryn has extensive experience in all aspects of healthcare management including a particular ability to implement growth strategies whilst balancing the requirements of all key stakeholders.

Kathryn is currently a member of the Board of Directors of a TowerView portfolio company, in the specialist care sector and also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Pieta House, an Irish charity.
